Whichever way you look at it, Winsome Sultana is an awesome name
I would have thought Winsome an unusual name for someone born in 1943, but there are at least two eminent Australians born in the early 40s who share it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Winsome

In wonder what she called her kids? You can't really top Winsome. I mean Harry Sultana or Andrew Sultana just isn't nearly as lovely.

Like the Thelma and Louise of Fruitcakes
If they'd managed to produce a child (via IVF/donation), then they'd have a little grape.

[ Sorry - I'll get my coat ]
Sorry - who was 'Winsome Sultana' ? Did she really exist ?

I'd attach a picture from The Barrier Daily Truth obituaries but @mjd's strange fiendica thing only allows images of less than about 23 bytes ... but only if uploaded using a laundry mangle

It's a nice little paper. In an eccentrically local way.
Of course, 'winsome' is defined as 'attractive or appealing in a fresh, innocent way'. Which is nice.

Particularly when you append 'Sultana'.

@Ruben has been getting to know his new neighbours. Even the long-dead ones. It's a smaller town than he's used to, so he's had to make do. He's the only person I know whose Dunbar's number obeys Moore's law.
